Kat Martindale

Kat Martindale is the Permitting Coordinator at Sabal Construction and Roofing, LLC. In this role, Kat ensures projects stay on track by lining up permits and expediting the permit process for all parties. Additionally, she works closely with production to schedule all required inspections with local municipalities.

Kat previously work for a company that specializes in virtual inspections. She was a lead account manager of a team that was responsible for solar and roofing accounts. Kat is very knowledgeable and works very diligently to get the inspections properly scheduled and successfully completed as fast as possible.

Kat was born and raised in Sacramento, CA. She has an associate’s degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences, and he speaks Ukrainian and Russian. Kat moved to Florida this year, and in her free time, she enjoys exploring the outdoors and writing music.
