Roman-Schwartz joined Sabal Construction and Roofing LLC in the summer of 2020, initially serving as the Financial Controller. Her tenure has been marked by significant achievements and growth, particularly during challenging times such as the response to Hurricane Ian in 2022, where she played a crucial role in operational decision-making and client support.

With a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Florida Gulf Coast University and over 18 years of experience, including working as a Senior Accountant for a Fortune 500 company, Daniela is well-equipped to lead Sabal Construction and Roofing LLC into a new era of success. Her personal connection to the construction industry, as the daughter of a Civil Engineer, and her extensive experience as a resident of SWFL, enrich her perspective and approach to the business.
